The year 2020 was a great challenge for all of us that we overcame with flying colors thanks to our joint efforts. This 2021, RocketROI will evolve to Rocket Digital with the mission to continue solving the digital challenges of our clients and partners through an efficient, close and personalized service. With this change we complete a process in which we have opened new lines and services and incorporated the best talents specialized in marketing, technology and digital business.
Rocket Digital (formerly RocketROI) was born in 2014 to revolutionize the way in which digital performance campaigns were optimized and automated. Relying on a very powerful technology accompanied by a quality service, in a short time we achieved considerable growth and increasing recognition in the industry. All this evolved into a service and customer service model that covered much more than just performance marketing. With the opening of the Social Ads, SEO and Data-CRO business lines, we took a first step that has been completed this year with the opening of the Technology, Design and Retail & Marketplaces areas.
Thanks to this constant reinvestment of our resources, today we have more than 60 professionals of 9 different nationalities located in Barcelona, Madrid and northern Italy. Case by case, project by project, we have become one of the most recognized independent consultancies in the digital field in Spain and Italy and also one of the most awarded.
Looking ahead to 2021, we adopted an evolution of our name and corporate image that aims to convey this global character within the digital business, being more inclusive and more varied. We want to give each of our services and business lines the prominence they deserve and convey to our clients and partners that Rocket is much more than performance marketing.
Among the most relevant changes are the new naming (from RocketROI to Rocket Digital), the adaptation of the logo and colors, and our updated corporate image.
During this past year we have faced difficult challenges, but we are very proud to have contributed to transforming and empowering our clients' businesses in these uncertain times. Initiatives such as Shift Now by Rocket have also served to support the business ecosystem and transfer our knowledge to companies in need of digitalization.
